George White, Attorney at Law

Attorney George White grew up in Dallas, going to Hyer Elementary School, Highland Park Junior and Senior High School graduating in 1965. Mr. White then attended Southern Methodist University graduating with a Bachelor of Arts with Majors in History, Political Science and a minor in Education. After a brief stint teaching at Highland Park High School he then joined the Texas National Guard and after active duty attended Southern Methodist University Law School graduating in 1975.

Soon after being licensed by the Supreme Court in October 1975 he went to work for the Law firm of Dennis Brewer Sr. in Irving, Texas. There he got extensive training in Family law. In 1980, Mr. White opened his own law practice on SH183.

His office then handled cases in all areas of law including, consumer, personal injury, immigration, criminal, family, corporate and wills/probate law.

Now located at 426 W. Pioneer Dr., four buildings from O’connor Blvd., Mr. White limits his practice to Family, Criminal and Wills/Probate.

Mr. White is a member of the College of the State Bar which requires a yearly minimum of 45 hours of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) per year. Attorneys are only required to take 15 yearly hours of CLE In 2007 alone, Mr. White attended almost 100 hours of classes just to be able to bring his clients quality legal representation. This commitment to quality education is shared by his staff.

Mr. White is licensed in all Texas State Courts and the Federal Courts for Dallas: The Northern District of Texas, 5th Circuit Appellate Court, plus U.S. Court of Military Appeals and Tax Court, though he now limits his practice to State Court actions in the area of Family Law (e.g. Divorce, Modification, Paternity, Custody, Child Support, CPS), Criminal Defense (Misdemeanor and Felony) and Wills and Probate. He has or had memberships in the Irving Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, American Bar Association, as well as the American Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Dallas and Tarrant County Criminal Lawyers Association.


Jamie Wiggins, Paralegal


Jamie was born and raised in Grand Prairie, Texas, and graduated from South Grand Prairie High School. After high school she attended Mountain View Community College and then when on to attend Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas.

Jamie’s legal experience began in 1998 when she began working with the 2nd District Court of Appeals in Fort Worth, Texas. After marring her husband, Aaron, in 1999, she went on to work with several Tarrant County attorneys in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law, and Wills/Probate. She is the mother of two children ages 6 and 2 which has given her invaluable insight into family law and empathy with our client’s situation. She is the firm’s main contact with its clients and prides herself in excellent client relations. In fact, many clients have complemented Jamie on her people skills, and she has received professional recognition both for her communication skills as well as on her professionalism. She is an invaluable member of our legal team.
